LimeHouse Townhall Wedding for two Brides

LimeHouse Townhall Wedding for two Brides

Sometimes you have to pinch yourself and this Limehouse Townhall wedding for Sarah and Vanessa was just one of those fantastic days where you just can’t believe your luck.  Now I love all types of weddings, but can’t help get a little extra excited by those where the couple have the confidence to do their own thing and celebrate in their own highly personal way.  This was one of those days and it came 24 hours after we had shot at another amazing wedding held at the most most magical of venues, The Asylum for another female couple who also had the most amazing day… but I digress.

I came to shoot this wedding because Sarah is the cousin of a great friend of ours Stephen and he asked would we mind covering the wedding. Truth be told, we’d have paid them as it was such a great laugh, full of deep love, brilliant guests and an epic venue which was dressed lightly so as not to take away from the natural decaying beauty of Limehouse Townhall.

The legal ceremony had already taken place so this day was a celebration of their relationship and Sarah and Vanessa invited the funniest act to stand up and conduct the ceremony.  Shesus and the Sisters were utterly brilliant and had every in total stitches before the brides arrived.  I can’t begin to explain their act as you have to find where they are playing next and get tickets… they have to be seen to be believed.

After a fab ceremony, we had a very relaxed meal and hilarious speeches which then led into the party which no doubt went on well into the night.  This is one wedding that will stay with me for a very long time and I’m chuffed to bits to share these pics with you. I hope you like them and I hope they give you the confidence to have your wedding your way and don’t forget to get in touch so we can create images that will transport you back to your amazing day everytime you open your album.

If you are planning your own Limehouse Townhall wedding or indeed a wedding anywhere, please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
