31 May Flitwick Manor Wedding
We first met Louise & Shaun at the 2012 Milton Keynes Autumn wedding fair. They knew they would be having a Flitwick Manor Wedding and after a chat with Don on our stand they booked us for their photography there and then. We’re so pleased they did. Flitwick Manor is a beautiful location and the weather was good enough for everyone to mingle outside before and after their ‘High Tea’ wedding breakfast. Louise had ordered Kimonos for the bridesmaids, and Mum, to wear as they prepared for the day. They looked wonderful and we had great fun with the pictures while they were getting ready. The service was at Edlesborough Methodist Chapel and was the first marriage ceremony there for nine years, although small it was perfect for their intimate service. After the ceremony we found our way to Flitwick Manor and took advantage of the weather and the great variety of locations within the grounds there for a quick portrait session with the newlyweds before they were off and seated for the wonderful food and speeches. If you’re thinking of a Flitwick Manor Wedding we can certainly recommend the food based on the excellence of the sandwiches and cakes for Tea and the slow roast Lamb and Pork along with burgers and sausages everyone tucked into later in the evening after the first dance. We had a great pre-wedding shoot with Louise & Shaun at Flitwick Manor late in October last year which made a great contrast between the Autumn shades for that shoot and the vibrant lime green of the Spring foliage for their wedding day.
If you thinking of planning a Flitwick Manor Wedding, or something in a similar style, please do let us know we’d love to talk with you about your wedding photography.
